1. The offer applies to functions of 30+ guests with a minimum spend of $1,000 (food and drink combined).

2. The referring customer must have their own confirmed function with a deposit paid. The referred business or group must be a separate business or group, not a related company, branch, club or household, and must not have held a function with us in the last 12 months.

3. The referral must be named at the time of the enquiry (website form, email or phone) and before a deposit is paid. Referrals can't be claimed after the booking is confirmed.

4. Rewards are only earned if the referred function goes ahead and the minimum guest numbers and minimum spend are met. If the function is cancelled, or numbers or spend fall below the minimums, no rewards apply.

5. The $200 voucher is issued to the referring customer once the referred function has taken place and its final bill is paid in full. One voucher per referred business.

6. The voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value, can't be combined with other offers, is valid for 6 months from issue.

7. The referred business receives 2 complimentary bottles of house bubbles on the night of their function. They can't be exchanged or taken as cash, and are only served to guests aged 18 and over.

8. The Crooked Elm may refuse or withdraw a reward where it believes the offer has been misused, and management's decision is final. The offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
